Counseling for Adults

Struggling to manage the changing demands of family life, friendships, work, and health can be difficult. Counseling can help improve coping with depression, anxiety, and changes in our home, life stages, relationships, and bodies. Counseling can help people function in their environment, improve their relationships with others, and solve personal and family problems.

Individual and group supervision can be provided to interested and qualified licensed social workers who are seeking clinical licensure in Pennsylvania according to Board regulations. Areas of specialty in supervision include the complex challenges of social work in multidisciplinary teams, healthcare, community mental health, direct practice in individual and group therapy, and research settings. The NASW Code of Ethics serves as a guide to the conduct of social workers and will be applied and referenced in supervision.
